Job Purpose
On behalf of our Client in the hospitality sector, we are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all hotel offerings, including accommodation, conferencing, dining and events. The role focuses on identifying and securing corporate clients, building long-term partnerships, and positioning hotel as a preferred hospitality provider.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and secure new corporate clients
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product tastings to potential clients
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business
Handle client inquiries, orders, and feedback professionally
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
Product Promotion & Brand Positioning
Work closely with the team to understand product offerings and innovations
Promote seasonal products, special menus, and customized pastry solutions
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
Identify new opportunities for product expansion and market growth
Provide regular feedback to management on sales performance and market insights
Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue
Track performance against sales targets
Qualifications & Experience required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage.
Proven experience in banqueting or events sales
Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Relationship management and networking ability
Understanding of the hospitality and food service industry
Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Ability to close deals
