Job Purpose

On behalf of our Client Theocom, We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to strengthen our online presence, grow brand visibility, and drive customer engagement across digital platforms. The role will focus on social media management, content creation, digital campaigns, and performance tracking aligned with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage and grow company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and sales objectives.

Schedule, publish, and monitor posts while actively engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.

Track social media performance and provide regular analytics reports.

Content Creation & Branding

Create compelling content including graphics, short videos, reels, captions, blogs, and product stories.

Develop storytelling content highlighting coffee processing, sourcing, quality standards, and brand values.

Coordinate photo and video shoots for products, factory processes, and events.

Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products, brand awareness, and market expansion.

Manage paid digital advertising (social media ads, Google Ads where applicable).

Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Optimize website and online listings for visibility and engagement (basic SEO).

Market Engagement & Growth

Identify digital trends, customer insights, and market opportunities within the coffee and agribusiness sector.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align digital efforts with business goals.

Support partnerships, events, and exhibitions through digital promotion.

Reporting & Analytics

Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and website traffic.

Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

Continuously test, learn, and optimize content and campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

Professional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are an added advantage

Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in digital marketing, social media, or online advertising

Experience in content creation, SEO/SEM, and email marketing campaigns

Familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance

Strong understanding of social media platforms and

Analytical skills to interpret marketing metrics and optimize campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creativity and ability to develop engaging digital content

Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
